ASISTANCE CONTRACT EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist Contract Executive in providing support for procurement, cost and contract administration
  • Pre-contract works, eg. Analyzing scope of tender, checking tender documents, calling tender / quotation, evaluate tender submission
  • Post-contract works, eg. Conduct site valuation, keep track variation order, review payment certification, finalization of account
  • Conduct feasibility studies, costing and budgeting construction cost

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering, Building & Construction, Quantity Survey or equivalent
  • Fresh graduated is encourage to apply
  • Possess knowledge on construction costing and contract administration of various type of buildings
  • Preferably Chinese-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply

ADMIN CLERK

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist to handle project site incoming and outgoing documentation or duties arrangement
  • Organize filing system and manage documentation in proper record
  • Perform any other duties as and when assign by the management

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent
  • At least 2 years or above of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work as a team player and under pressure
  • Self-motivated and attentive to details with strong initiative
  • Computer Literate
  • Preferably Chinese-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Must be able to write and speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin

DRAUGHTMAN

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To perform and assist in the daily draft work, such as:- drafting and revised drawing
  • To proceed purchase order if related from the drafting and revised drawing department
  • Work close with other head of department to ensure the drawing is correct and fulfil the equipments

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good knowledge at Aluminium and Glazing in AutoCAD
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in Aluminium and Glazing is required for this position
  • Able to work as a team player and under pressure
  • Self-motivated and attentive to details with strong initiative

  • Must possess own transport

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To handle in full set of accounts
  • Perform month-end closing
  • Responsible on full spectrum of financial and management accounting functions on a group of subsidiaries
  • To prepare monthly financial statements for management and statutory reports
  • To ensure all accounting records are properly maintained and reconciled
  • To ensure compliance of accounting policies and procedures
  • Preparation of forecast and annual budgets
  • Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • Required skill(s):- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese is compulsory
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Senior Executive specializing in Finance-General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
